mwahahaha all the questions start now
why does my electric window motors move so slowly?
is the motor knackered or what?

Might just need greasing or something. If its been taken off before might be the window isn't aligned well

i put copper grease on the metal runner where the glass is lifted up and it didnt do much. the glass seems to fit well though

It will probably be better using regular grease. I think copper grease is mainly for stopping stuff nuts seizing etc. Also you could put some grease on the cable where it is in the casing and let it work its way in.

You can always undo the window and test to see how easily it moves without it.
