W.I.P. Franny the feista
righty picked the car on thursday with thanks to my mate
the bumper had to come off in order to get it onto the trailer. i kinda like the front without the bumper
jobs to be done
I spent friday and started stripping the car out due to there being a funny smell and water gettin in from somewhere.
pic of everything that was stripped.
once the entire car was stripped and sound proofing removed cos it was soaking wet i found this
(passenger side)
(driver side)
these where on the wheel arches
interior fully stripped out
had to drill the fog lights out of the bumper but we didnt have a drill so grinded it out instead

Cool, looks like you got a lot of good bits with it then. Looks like the top pic of that rust it going to need welding, second you might get away with.

Re: W.I.P. Franny the feista
the puma rear axle is now sittin in the garage waiting to be fitted, still trying to find a welder so progress is slow can only fit the rear beam, and clean the interior ready for welding and waxoyling

Seriously tho, i wouldn;t trust my welding enough yet for serious repairs.. i;ll still learning... takes time to learn and working with different thicknesses etc...
