Todays adventure...
As some of you know, i like taking photo's and if i had the money i'd buy a decent SLR (not a McLaren SLR/SLK/CLK or whatever) A camera.
But nope...
Anyhow.. i think i have an eye for good photo's (in nature) as my last lost of photo's at lake Vyrnwy showed... even with a basic camera, the right lighting can produce good pictures!
Well today i decided to go to Pistyll Rhaeadr (llanrhaeadr waterfall)
Only 15-20miles from oswestry (not 8 miles as google claims) And not that far (about 10 miles) from lake vyrnwy.
Its situated a few miles after the village Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant.
The stream/river joins the tanat the other side of Llanrhaedr and makes it way down to the river severn.
The waterfall is the highest in wales at 75metres (245ft) and thats 18 meters or 60feet HIGHER than Niagra Falls!
Clicky Pictures..

Re: Todays adventure...
I think you have got a good shot on the last photo. lucky that the sun was not overpowering the hill side, as you can still see shadow and detail.
I like this photo, what settings did the camera take the photo at? did you hold the camera or rest it? https://2img.net/h/i63.photobucket.com/albums/h146/hardhouseheaven_uk/llanrheadr/100d4823.jpg
