13mm and 10mm is all you need to remove the inlet manifold from the head.
Fit the silver alloy manifold to the new engine and theres no messing about... its like for like.
As for the ecu... swap the 1.6 and 1.8 ecu like for like, wrap the 1.6 key in foil, hold the red 1.8 key by the ignition barrel and see if it starts.

ive just been on ebay the TBs are thin on the ground is there another way to wire up the cold air senser
