yea, need to get a high valuation, so the re-morgage will be less than 90%. the higher the value of the house, the lower the monthly repayments

As for the forum, Ben has vanished off the face of the earth, secretly i have been working on it... I have by no means the same level of knowledge that Ben does, but lets just say i'm making progress.
The forum is still on the old vizaweb server... (for the time being)

Normal service will resume in the next few weeks (depending on how i get on)

The Global Forum skin needs tweaking.
The cgi that controls post count id's constantly corrupts itself...
At the moment i have tested it and it seems ok, but it needs more testing before i make the forum live again
